Case Study: Sauchiehall Street
143 Sauchiehall Street was acquired with a view to implementing an asset management programme to bring the property in-line with the RPI strategy of Keills. An opportunity was created where the existing tenant was replaced with a new tenant under an RPI lease. This management of the lease improved the tenant profile and delivered long term index linked income in place of more risky, market based rents.
